Description of Nesco FS-140R 150 Watt Food Slicer
With the FS-140R you'll consistently be a cut above expectations. This food slicer works great for virtually all types of foods including meats, cold cuts, vegetables, cheese, frozen food, and even soft-crust bread. Plus, the thickness can be easily adjusted from deli thin to 1 inch depending on the food being sliced and individual preferences. The Nesco FS-140R Food Slicer is easy to disassemble and clean. The food carriage lifts off the base, blade unlocks with a quarter turn, and the serving tray slides off the back. Once the motor is removed, all other components are top rack dishwasher safe. It's equipped with a 150 watt motor, 6 5/8" stainless steel undulated cuting blade, and dual safety switch feature.
